Bug#65382: marked as done (diald: Not routing during downtime)

has caused the Debian Bug report #65382,
regarding diald: Not routing during downtime
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

It would be nice if it were possible to have diald tear down the default
route it provides when the link is being held down.  That would mean things
that try to use the network in that time would find out it's not going to
work much faster.

The diald package has been removed from Debian so we are closing
the bugs that were still opened against it.
