There's too little information in the long description. I think it
should mention the needed (or unneeded, such as ipsec) features in the
kernel and a brief overview of (dis)avantages wrt other VPN implementations.

The pipsecd package has been removed from Debian so we are closing
the bugs that were still opened against it.
