Bug#506448: htdig: every day I receive error messages



The TMPDIR issue only affects htfuzzy, but it is exacerbated by the fact that it is always invoked since the "up-to-date" test looks in the wrong place for the ".db" files. The patch below fixes that, and so you'll only see the message if the endings/synonym database files need rebuilding.
