mdb-export -h produces:

  ...
  -Q             don't wrap text-like fields in quotes
  ...
  -Q <char>      Use <char> to wrap text-like fields. Default is ".

really should be:

  ...
  -Q             don't wrap text-like fields in quotes
  ...
  -q <char>      Use <char> to wrap text-like fields. Default is ".
