Bug#514325: f-prot-installer: check-updates script won't work anymore

For a while know the check-updates script barks:

pluto65:~# /usr/lib/f-prot/tools/check-updates
Server error on remote machine.
Fatal error. Exiting...

This seems to be because if calling the url manually:

http://updates.f-prot.com/cgi-bin/check-updates?protocol=1&run_as=check_updates

The following response occurs:
