Bug#405044: marked as done (mc can not execute ANY executables from the commandline)

regarding mc can not execute ANY executables from the commandline
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.

Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

Error description:

mc refuse to execute any commands on the commandline.
Sometimes I need to bee root to edit quickly a file and I use

    su root -- nano %s

which is not more working. (%s is the actual selected file)

Hello,

I've tried to reproduce it... and indeed this doesn't work in mc..
but it also doesn't work in plain bash/zsh ..
so please use for this issue: 

su root -c nano %s ... this should work.
