Well, it's a non-free package, but FPlacalcPlanet looks like a function
programmed by the astrolog devs to get a compatibility interface to
placalc, thus not falling under the problematic claims.  revjul and
julday would have been both easy to replace with similar functions,
but anyway, I'll go ahead with the stable removal, then.
