Package: fttools
Version: 1.2-9
Severity: normal

This bug might belong to libfreetype or xfree.
i did not get ttf fonts working under x4; using the same configs it worked
on some other machine.

I now found out why:
i had one ttf file whose name contained whitespace.
This led to the following line:
---
sam's handwriting.ttf -macromedia-Sam's Handwriting-medium-r-normal--0-0-0-0-p-0-ascii-0
---

Which broke the whole truetype directory.

This is might belong to the x4 freetype module but it might be necessary for
mkttfdir to at least warn about this or escape the whitespace.

Thanks.
Erich

The perlftlib package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/279824 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
