Bug#493779: iwconfig and ifconfig path

Package: procmeter3
Version: 3.5a-4
Severity: normal

iwconfig and ifconfig are in /sbin, which is not in the default path. procmeter3 will
offer to run iwconfig and ifconfig if you right-click on a ethernet interface
or wireless link graph.

I don't think these programs belong in /sbin, since regular users can
legitimatly want to use them. However, fixing that is something we have
historically failed to do. Partly because of all the things that
hardcode the path to the program. Largely because it's not in the
standard path.

To avoid perpetuating that particular catch-22, I suggest that
procmeter3 could add /sbin to its own PATH..
