masqmail's initscript invokes RUN_DIR=/var/run/masqmail , which is not
present in the package.  /var/run/masqmail should probably to created at
the package's build time, although it can also probably created (or
removed) upon postinst (or postrm for removal.)

Attached is an NMU-style patch to fix this.
