Bug#415451: resolved upstream; debian out of date

Upstream has apparently applied Marco Steinacher's fix:
 2007-10-01     ** Latest ** This patch changes causes xte to query
 the current keyboard layout instead of using a hardcoded table
 and also adds unicode support, big thanks to Marco Steinacher
 xautomation-0.98.tar.gz

But debian is apparently 1+ years behind upstream,
with 0.96 (2004-05-13) rather than 0.97 (2006-05-18), or current 0.98.
