Bug#200656: Regarding Debian bug 200656

I think that this is caused by save game files not being completed
before the application exits. Many times you can find a *.e in your save
folder (where * is the savegame file name). I'm pretty sure this *.e
file is a temp file used by gzip (which never gets to finish). The
removal of the lock file should happen after the save game would have

Ways to reproduce:
1) Go through enough dungeon levels (15dlvls ~= 200K unpacked save game
2) Save
3) You should see "Aborted" with exit status code 134 and lock files not
