This bug can be found by asking qiv to open an empty file as a
PNG. For example:

touch a.png
qiv a.png

Will output:

gdk_imlib ERROR: Cannot load image: a.png
All fallbacks failed.
You should not see this.  Submit bug against gdk-imlib package.
