Hello Debian QA Group,

The file /usr/share/menu/kipina reads
?package(kipina):\
	needs="X11"\
	section="Apps/Tools"\
	title="Kipin�raining log"\
	command="/usr/bin/kipina"\
	icon="/usr/share/pixmaps/kipina.xpm"

However menu files need to be in ASCII-7bit for compatibility with
older window managers.  So you should probably change the title to

title="Kipina training log"
