I rebuilt gv 3.6.2-4 from the new Debian source package (on Ubuntu
7.04/i386) and it works on the previously failing file
<http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/sanjoy/bug/gv/several-pages.ps>.

Thanks for the fix.  Your fix seems correct, whereas the one I posted
in the bug report would fail for triply (or more deeply) nested ps
files.
