Hi,
your package uses an old version of the gnutls libraries (libgnutls11). 
Please update your build-dependencies to libgnutls-dev so that the
package gets rebuild with the current version (libgnutls13). The
attached patch modifies your build-deps accordingly. Build tested and
mutt-ng opens an folder over imaps..

Please consider applying the patch.
