spe depends on python-wxgtk2.6:

 Package: spe
 Depends: [..] python-wxgtk2.6, python-wxglade [..]

which depends on python-wxversion:

 Package: python-wxgtk2.6
 Depends: python-wxversion, [..]

so python-wxversion is getting pulled in while installing spe, which will then
correctly start up. No missing dependency here, im therefore closing this
bugreport.
