Hello, I tested Xawtv here, and I have the same experience: * Sound works fine; * Image is just noise; * BTTV is loaded fine, other tv-app works just fine. Also, in the documentation I read: "Don't expect you can use xawtv without reading the documentation at least once." This is obviously not acceptable; it should work out of the box. I recommend to remove this package, as it doesn't have a real maintainer for two years and there's many alternatives available. Thijs
