IceME doesn't handle the 'runonce' directive -- which I happen to use quite a 
lot, and mistakenly replaces these directives with separators.

The 'runonce' syntax is: 

    runonce <item name> <icon name> <window class> <commandline>

for instance, 

    runonce GIMP gimp Gimp gimp
