Hi Jeff!
Today I installed dcl and postgresql, which worked great.
The only problem I encountered was in chapter 2.2.1 of INSTALL.txt,
which fails to mention, that one has to "createuser <username>" the user
for the webserver.
Perhaps that could be added as a hint for the uninitiated (like me ;)
