Bug#402151: MailScanner 4.51.5-1.1 corrupt exim 4.63 spool files

Hi!

If we use $acl_m variable in the Exim configuration, the output spool file
is corrupted by mailscanner.

Reading the "52.1 Format of the -H file" section of Exim doc, it seems that
"-aclm" is not at the right place. It should be before the XX.

This problem with new Exim 4.63 spool file format seems to have been
corrected in later Mailscanner release.
