Bug#388494: tla: tla fils to recognize missing patches

Package: tla
Version: 1.3.5+dfsg-4
Severity: grave

The following sequence of commands show that tla is mostly
useless. This is an old style tla archive, but I use tla and baz
interchangeably -- until tla stopped working.
