There is a circular dependency between dcc-client, dcc-common,
dcc-milter and dcc-server:
dcc-client :Depends: dcc-common (= 1.2.74-3)
dcc-common :Depends: dcc-client | dcc-server | dcc-milter
dcc-milter :Depends: dcc-common (= 1.2.74-3)
dcc-server :Depends: dcc-common (= 1.2.74-3)
Complex circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to get rid of them.
