It has been reported Yaboot has difficulties to boot on
an external firewire CD drive on an iBook G3 @ 500 MHz
<https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/yaboot/+bug/35731>.
That issue needs investigation as soon as I get my hands on that
hardware.
