Bug#263456: marked as done (dcl: install does not work AND there is no doc -> UNUSABLE)

Hum. apt-get install did not create the Db, did not
modify httpd.conf, did not report any trouble...
Remove this package if you do not intend supporting
it. I'd rather install from tarball than mess my
