What is the SMS format on TAP protocol?
Hi,
I am a new programmer and I am sending SMS via TAP protocol on Telstra? I don't know what should be the SMS message format. When I send SMS to telstra it replies me as "resend" <RS>. Please help me in this regard. If possible then please send me an example. Thanks
