While translating the debconf file diskless_0.3.18.0.5, I encountered =20=

the following typos, which I thought you might like to eliminate in a =20=

future release.

auto:	=E2=91=A4	Description

../diskless-image-=20
simple.templates:12
Original:	=E2=8C=980=09
This specifies the address of the central NFS server where to mount
partitions from on the clients. It is recommended that this contain =20
the IP
address, although this is not required.

(I suggest:
"This specifies the address of the central NFS server on which =20
clients will mount partitions"
or
"This specifies the address of the central NFS server on which will =20
be mounted partitions from clients"
also
"Including the IP address is recommended, but not required."

This is fairly complex English, so please don't feel bad about it. ;) )

../diskless-image-=20
simple.templates:27
Original:	=E2=8C=980=09
This option specifies the path which will be used by the clients to =20
their
private read-write directories. The IP address will be appended to =20
the end
of this path.

(to access their private read-write directories?)

auto:	=E2=91=A4	Description
reference:	=E2=91=A4	../diskless-image-secure.templates:35 =
../diskless-image-=20
simple.templates:35
Original:	=E2=8C=980=09
This specifies where /home on the clients should be mounted from your =20=

NFS
server. Examples are /home, /tftpboot/home, etc.

(You don't use "for example" or "e.g." with "etc." One or the other, =20
not both. ;)
With "e.g." or "for example", you're saying "here are a few =20
possibilities".
With "etc.", you're saying "and the rest".
Thus you're saying in this string, "Here are a few possible home =20
directories, and the rest." It doesn't fit. So you can say:
"For example, /home, /tftpboot/home."
or
"( /home, /tftpboot/home etc.)"
;)

4.
You have a pair of duplicate strings, bar the capital D in Debian. =20
You may want to remove one. ;)

auto:	=E2=91=A4	Description
reference:	=E2=91=A4	../diskless-image-secure.templates:4
Original:	=E2=8C=980=09
This option specifies the default name for the master host. This is =20
required
to be setup by some debian packages. It should have an entry in the DNS.

diskless has been removed from Debian due to bugginess and lack of
maintenance. Similar functionality is provided by lessdisks. For
details, see <http://bugs.debian.org/107808>.
