I have XSL stylesheets that use a special URI scheme in <xsl:input/>
elements that is resolved using input callbacks. Setting up the
callbacks by calling match_callback(), etc. on the XML::LibXML parser
instance used to work, but no longer does. The callbacks are used when
parsing the XML documents, but not during the transform().

If the API for callbacks has changed, there was no mention of it in
NEWS.Debian nor in the manpage for XML::LibXSLT (the manpage only
mentions a nonexistent section of the XML::LibXML::Document manpage).

Does calling $parser->*_callback() no longer set the callbacks globally?
(That would be cool; I always thought that was icky.) If so, how does
one do callbacks for XML::LibXML::LibXSLT now? There is no
documentation about this.

This bug seems similar to #277469, except that as I understand it, that
bug is considered to be fixed in sid, whereas this is definitely still
broken in sid.

I have attached a testcase.

Cheers,
nate
