Bug#228760: marked as done (libapache-auth-ldap: mistakenly prohibits SSL (ldaps://) connections)

Even though currently openldap is compiled to allow SSL connections,
libapache-auth-ldap prohibits it.  Seems like openldap ought to make
its own decision about whether secure LDAP is supported.  This is how
I made it work:
