The debian version of ezmlm brings a patch which, according to the manpage
of ezmlm-reject, will reject only messages with a Precedence: junk header.
In fact the patch also rejects messages with a Precedence: bulk header.

Manpage need to be fixed. Even better would be to make this feature
additional configurable.
