Bug#152128: vcg: segfault on PowerPC
Package: vcg
Version: 1.30debian-2
Followup-For: Bug #152128
I'm getting segfault everytime I try to startup xvcg. I suspect this
is an endian bug or a long/int mismatch since the other bug report
was for Alpha. The gdb backtrace seems indicates that there is stack
corruption and I can't get anything useful out of it.
My other copy of xvcg compiled from upstream (obfuscated) source does
not suffer this problem, so I'm guess that there's a problem with the
debian version which in addition to de-obfuscating the layout algorithm,
also attempts to resolve some of the sloppy C-typing in the original
upstream source.
