from where could I download entire base sarge system?

Ladies and gentlemen,

I try to build Debian disk.
I already downloaded your wonderful installer and heap of packages I need.
But I could be entirely happy if I could find entire base sarge system 
to download.
Could you tell me from where I can do one.
If it is not possible, I should like have a full short list of packages.
