Bug#338060: gnushogi: leaves /usr/doc/gnushogi symlink behind on upgrade
Package: gnushogi
Version: 1.3-4
When testing gnushogi with piuparts, the current version in sid installs
and purges correctly, but doing an upgrade test from sarge to etch to
sid results in the /usr/doc/gnushogi symlink being left on the
filesystem:
2m6.5s ERROR: Package purging left files on system:
/usr/doc/gnushogi
I suspect (but have not really investigated) that this is because the
package was converted to use debhelper and no longer has any maintainer
script code to deal with the /usr/doc symlink, and the old version
wasn't yet ready for the modern world without /usr/doc symlinks. But I
may be completely wrong.
