Bug#335434: FTBFS with recent l-k-h; should not use l-k-h

Subject: FTBFS with recent l-k-h; should not use l-k-h
Package: dcgui
Version: 0.80-2
Severity: serious

FTBFS with the following error:
In file included from /usr/include/asm/atomic.h:26,
                 from /usr/include/linux/sem.h:5,
                 from callbacks.c:33:
/usr/include/asm/cpu-features.h:15:35: error: cpu-feature-overrides.h: No such file or directory
callbacks.c: In function 'decode_encoded_name':
callbacks.c:6831: warning: pointer targets in passing argument 1 of 'ascii2_to_bin1' differ in signedness
make[3]: *** [callbacks.o] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/build/buildd/dcgui-0.80/src'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/build/buildd/dcgui-0.80'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/build/buildd/dcgui-0.80'
make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2

While this might be a bug in l-k-h, the package doesn't really need the
header linux/sem.h anyway, the only thing it seems to use is SEMVMX.
