When building 'xfs-xtt' on ppc64/unstable,
I get the following error:

debian/rules:108: debian/scripts/vars.ppc64: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `debian/scripts/vars.ppc64'. Stop.
With the attached patch 'xfs-xtt' can be compiled on ppc64.
