Bug Report: doxymacs fails to byte-compile with emacs-snapshot

Hi, there~

When i tried to install recently added pkg - emacs-snapshot, i got
following byte-compile error, removing the doxymacs solves the problem.

In toplevel form:
doxymacs.el:225:1:Error: Cannot open load file: w3-cus
Wrote /usr/share/emacs-snapshot/site-lisp/doxymacs/xml-parse.elc
emacs-install: /usr/lib/emacsen-common/packages/install/doxymacs
emacs-snapshot emacs21 failed at /usr/lib/emacsen-common/emacs-install
line 28, <TSORT> line 29.
