Bug#248368: txt2pdbdoc: Fails to install; depends on non-existent "db_get"

Hi!

I'm the new maintainer of txt2pdbdoc.
This bug seems the same as #248879 and both (and more other) are 
fixed in new package txt2pdb2doc_1.4.4-1

I have found a sponsor and it will arrive in Debian soon, so don't
waste much time with these bugs.
