Bug#235113: hylafax-server: faxgetty should not be started from /etc/init.d/hylafax if faxgetty was started from inittab

The README.Debian file say faxgetty should be started from inittab in a receiving and
sending environment, but /etc/init.d/hylafax start another faxgetty process.
They try to gain the control of the modem device in a no so many good
situation.
