Bug#259418: distributed-net: would like to run as seperate user, 'dnetc' instead of 'daemon'
Quoting Brian Minton <bminton@efn.org>:

Hi,
What would be the advantage of this over the current system? The daemon user
already has full permissions for that directory:
drwxr-xr-x 2 daemon daemon 4096 Jul 12 00:07
/var/lib/distributed-net/
I'd be interested to hear your rationale for this.
Cheers,
