Package: apt-src
Version: 0.21
Severity: normal

It appears that unlike "apt-get source <package>", the command
"apt-src install <package>" will install the first version of a source
package it finds rather than the most recent version. This is not what
I would consider the expected behavior.

Example: I put these lines in this order into /etc/apt/sources.list

	deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ stable main
	deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ unstable main

do an "apt-get update" and, just for good measure, "apt-src update":

arcturus[22]:~/src% apt-src install wmweather
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Need to get 39.7kB of source archives.
Get:1 http://ftp.debian.org stable/main wmweather 1.31-7 (dsc) [636B]
Get:2 http://ftp.debian.org stable/main wmweather 1.31-7 (tar) [28.6kB]
Get:3 http://ftp.debian.org stable/main wmweather 1.31-7 (diff) [10.4kB]
Fetched 39.7kB in 0s (45.0kB/s)
dpkg-source: extracting wmweather in wmweather-1.31

arcturus[23]:~/src% apt-get source wmweather
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Need to get 70.5kB of source archives.
Get:1 http://ftp.debian.org unstable/main wmweather 2.3.1-3 (dsc) [590B]
Get:2 http://ftp.debian.org unstable/main wmweather 2.3.1-3 (tar) [63.9kB]
Get:3 http://ftp.debian.org unstable/main wmweather 2.3.1-3 (diff) [6010B]
Fetched 70.5kB in 0s (73.8kB/s)
dpkg-source: extracting wmweather in wmweather-2.3.1

If the deb-src lines in /etc/apt/sources.list are in the opposite order
(unstable first), then apt-src behaves as one would expect.
