Says it all.  
Gutenbrowser is in the short list of non-KDE applications depending on
qt2.  http://lists.debian.org/debian-kde/2003/debian-kde-200302/msg00301.html

SuSE appears to have gotten it working with qt3; see 

Upstream is easy to find:  http://www.llornkcor.com/software.html.
Unfortunately, upstream hasn't updated since 2001.

This package has been removed from Debian unstable because it was not
maintained, dead upstream and not usable.
