Bug#214982: docbook2man has a locale-dependent output
Package: docbook-utils
Version: 0.6.13-3.1
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/docbook2man
When creating a manpage with docbook2man, it includes the current date.
However, it includes it using the current locale, thus when I build
packages on my French-localized system, the date appears in French in
the manpage.
