This is a problem I'm having here. User mounts the device(s) and doesn't
umount then on exit... This causes the (obvious) problem that the other
users get locked... and I think you should not leave it to them, anyway.

This bug is not a KDE problem, it would still exist if the user logged
in via console/remote/other gui whatever. You may want to look into
using an automounter instead.
