I have had the same problems as the other reporters.
The following is the output of 'host xanim.va.pubnix.com':
Host xanim.va.pubnix.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

I get the same response from multiple locations and DNS servers.
It appears that the new site is
http://smurfland.cit.buffalo.edu/xanim/dlls/
