Bug#160452: marked as done (libpspell-ispell1: .la files contain local -L path names)

Hi,

/usr/lib/libpspell_ispell.la contains a -L path from the local build machine
which should be dropped because this now shows up in the compile commands
which link against this library.

pspell-ispell was removed from Debian because it is deprecated
upstream.  I'm hence closing these bugs.
