NMU for blt (Bug #185855)

Hi!
I have prepared a NMU package for blt to fix bug #185855. I've sent 
the patch to the bug tracking system. I know the steps for normal 
NMUs. How is the procedure for NMUs with packages that are maintained 
by the qa team?
