i use the ssh-1.2.27-non-free and ssh2-2.0.13 on my debain potato
machine.
After the installation of the ssh1 I started the ssh2 installation,
which brought up a message in the end that if i use ssh1 i should not
configure the machine to use ssh2.
?!?!??!
In the ssh2 source there is a file called: SSH2.QUICKSTART which gives
a detailed description, how to use ssh1 AND ssh2 at the same time.
Wouldn't it be easer to implement this into a next release of the ssh2
debian package ? The changed to made are really small:

in /etc/ssh2/ssh2_config put in these lines:
Ssh1Compatibility yes
Sshd1Path /usr/local/sbin/sshd1
and alter the line:
#Ssh1AgentCompatibility none
to: Ssh1AgentCompatibility ssh2
in /etc/ssh2/sshd2_config put in these lines:
Ssh1Compatibility yes
Ssh1Path /usr/local/bin/ssh1
and creating a link for starting sshd2 only ! in rc2.d

Ssh2 was removed from the Debian archive this morning. It's
replacement, openssh (ssh package), does not seem to be affected
by this bug; therefore, I'm closing it.
