Bug#172384: bug: Setting From via environment variable is pretty dumb

You don't find out that the From address is borked until somebody at
debian.org googles for the person who reported the bug because a reply
bounced. I guess that explains why it seems like nobody at debian
ever answers my bug reports any more.
I've never heard of the EMAIL envvar before, and a quick check of MTAs
and MUAs I have doesn't turn up any references.
