Package:  eeyes
Severity: wishlist
Version:
Synopsis: Does not support mime 'pjeg' type
Class:    sw-bug

Distribution: Debian testing/unstable
System: Linux 2.2.17 i686 unknown

Description:
Some microsoft mail clients attach jpegs as an 'image/pjpeg'.
These are normal jpegs and can be viewed quite happily in eeyes and
most other utilities.
Ideally this type could be added to the mimetypes file for this
program.
The relevent line for /usr/lib/mime/packages/eeyes is:
image/pjpeg; eeyes %s; description="Progressive(?) JPEG Image";
test=test "$DISPLAY"; priority=3

This allows programs to handle the attachments easily.
