The description for this package says:

The short description does not make sense.  I'd suggest you use
something like:

    Basic functions for message encoding for Emacsen

Also the long description uses a very strange variant of english.  I'd
suggest you hide before Overfiend and change it to something like the
following:


CLIME is FLIM for Mule2.3.  FLIM is a library to provide basic
functions about message representation and encoding for Emacsen.
